Regulation of Classroom Education.

1. A student is accepted into either of the groups according to his personal desire and the level of his preliminary training. Results of the testing determine the field of studies (type of the group). After that a student fills out an application.
2. After filling out an application a student is either offered available places or informed about an approximate time period within which they might appear.
3. A student visits classes once a week. Classes start either at 15-30, or at 18-30. On agreeing with a group this time can be moved (once or constantly) but for not more than 30 minutes.
4. A class lasts three academic hours (45 minutes each) with a break (about 15 minutes). A student can also be given some additional time (about 30 minutes) which he can use as he wishes. This time can also be used by the teacher for optional studies.
5. Days of studies for either of the groups are determined by the schedule.
6.Days of the studies can be changed by the Club of by a student.
7. Changes of the day or the time of studies may be done by the Club only after the agreement with all the students of the group, and the continuation of studies should be guaranteed.
Single changes in the day and time of lessons because of the Club`s work on holidays are possible. If a student doesn`t like the day or the time of this single change, he is given an opportunity to learn the material of the lesson he has missed in an optional, correspondent, distant or another form. The same approach is used in cases of unexpected cancellation of lessons because of major force circumstances such as natural disasters, sudden technical problems, etc.
8. When a student wants to change the day of the lesson, he is offered places available in other groups. But in this case the Club doesn't guarantee having available places.
9. If a student misses a lesson he is supposed to inform the Club about the reason 7 days before the lesson. The Club interprets absence of this information as the annulment of the contract by a student.
10. If a student misses a lesson because of a valid excuse, he is given an opportunity to learn the material in an optional, correspondent, distant of another from. In order to get this compensation a student should give the teacher a document that proves the valid excuse of the student's absence.
11. Payment for the studies should be done for the whole month at the first lesson of the month for the whole month.
12. Depending on the number of studies a month, state holidays, and also the specific character of IFMO`s work, the number of studies a month can vary. The Club guarantees holding at least 4 lessons a month during the whole period of studying. If the first month is not full, the payment is done according to the number of lessons in the month.
13. There are classes during school vacation.
14. For studying successfully a student must:
- take notes;
- come to class in time and use main and additional time of the lesson effectively
- do homework;
- learn the material when missing a lesson.
15. There are knowledge checks during the year, and there is a final exam at the end of the year.
16. Students are forbidden:
- to change hardware and software configuration of computers;
- to litter in the halls and in the rooms of IFMO, to break the discipline;
- to break furniture and equipment;
- to undertake attempts of non-sanctioned network access
17. In the cases, stated in section 16, the Club can do the following:
- reprimand, inform parents;
